petupet Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the petupet Android online app, provided by 湖南智语天下科技有限公司 (Zhiyu Tianxia Technology), a company registered in mainland China. Please read them before creating an account, purchasing or publishing content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1 Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorise your use of petupet or agree to these terms on your behalf, you must have that authorisation or agreement. Use an email address you are entitled to use, protect your sign-in information and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others or use their accounts without permission.

Some features require internet access or optional Android permissions. To-do items are stored locally, so keep another copy of important arrangements. petupet provides everyday companionship and reminders and is not an emergency service.

2 Your content and AI generation

You must have the rights and permissions needed for the images, prompts and other content you submit. Respect other people's intellectual property, privacy and likeness rights.

You retain rights you lawfully hold in your content. You give us a non-exclusive licence to process, store and display it as necessary to provide the features you choose, maintain the service and review reports. Providers performing those functions may process it within that scope. This licence does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising or general-purpose model-training rights.

AI results may be unexpected, similar to other results or subject to third-party rights. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, uniqueness or copyright protection. Check the rights needed before commercial use or wider distribution. These limitations do not remove your statutory rights.

3 Publishing and claiming pets

Publishing to the pet square makes the selected content and your public profile visible to others. By publishing, you allow us to display that content and other users to claim and use it for personal pet experiences within the app. Claiming a pet does not transfer ownership or grant resale or separate commercial-use rights.

Unpublishing stops further availability through the square but does not automatically withdraw copies already lawfully obtained by others. Do not impersonate creators or republish others' work without permission. You may report content that infringes your rights.

4 Acceptable use and reports

Do not create, upload or share child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography or sexually explicit content, gratuitous graphic violence, terrorist content, threats, hateful or harassing content, fraud, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not use petupet to encourage self-harm, commit crimes or endanger others. These rules also apply to AI-generated content.

Do not compromise accounts or systems, bypass payment or content safeguards, manipulate transactions, send spam or abuse reporting tools.

Use the in-app Report option or contact [email protected] about inappropriate content or rights complaints. We may review content, restrict its availability or suspend accounts where necessary. You may contact us to challenge a decision. Where appropriate, we will explain our decision; legal or urgent safety reasons may limit what we can disclose.

5 Purchases and refunds

Digital purchases in the Google Play edition use Google Play billing. Prices, coin amounts and applicable conditions are shown before purchase. Paid generation and other actions show the required cost before you confirm. Coins are for digital features in petupet and are not cash or an investment.

Generation retries and the return of coins or other entitlements follow the rules shown for the relevant action. Contact us if a purchase is not credited or a qualifying return is missing. A result differing from your preference does not by itself establish a technical failure.

You can seek refunds through Google Play's available channels or contact us for help. Applicable consumer rights, including any statutory refund or withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of a completed purchase.

6 Leaving or ending the service

You may stop using petupet and request account closure in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for data-deletion requests. Closing an account does not itself resolve any pending refund request or remove statutory rights.

We may restrict or end access for serious breaches, security needs or legal requirements. We will give notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision where appropriate. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and address outstanding paid entitlements as required by law.

7 Service responsibility and changes

We will provide the service with reasonable care. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network problems or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will notify you of material changes to these terms and seek renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not remove mandatory rights relating to earlier purchases. You remain free to seek help from competent consumer bodies, regulators or courts.
